Scott Levy is a business consultant and principle of Strategic Solutions 1, Ltd. Scott specializes in business strategy development, strategic planning and implementation, business improvement, process improvement, program management, acquisitions consulting and structuring strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Scott’s expertise in LEAN and Operational Excellence methodologies is applied to each challenging initiative he leads. Scott has consulted with fortune 100 business such as Ford Motor Co., Johnson and Johnson, Amgen, Harley Davidson and Caterpillar, in addition to small and medium sized business. Scott has a track record for successfully leading clients to improving nearly all aspects of their business resulting in more efficient operations, significant growth in revenue, profitability, market share, shareholder value, improved customer satisfaction and loyalty, and improved quality. Scott previously started, owned and operated an engineering consulting firm and also started and owned three other small businesses. Scott has a B.S.M.E degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and worked as an Engineer and Program Manager in the Automotive industry before becoming a consultant.

Mark Reckard has over 30 years of broad, multi-market, global entrepreneurial experience with the development and operation for a large number of startup and turnaround businesses. During his tenure with M Square Trust, and the affiliated Affordable Housing Advisors/Interstate Housing Resources, Mr. Reckard has been involved in the acquisition, structuring, and development of real estate for public and private investment for approximately 20 years. During that time he has analyzed, structured, and assisted in the development of over $500 million in real estate, leading to over $250 million in investor funds being raised; included in this development is the creation of in excess of 3,000 apartment units, targeted for families and seniors in the affordable range through the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. In addition to the above, while at Candle Software Corporation (acquired by IBM), Mr. Reckard was responsible for the structuring, approval, and financing of over $1 billion of sales of software and professional services. Mark has an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BA from Pritzer College.

Charles Bamford is a multi-faceted business consultant with a strong engineering and operations management background. His focus is on improving business performance through the application of best practices. Charles held executive positions in several small and medium sized manufacturing companies as Vice President of Operations, Director of Engineering, Chief Engineer and Manager of Manufacturing for about 16 years. He brings experience of managing growth, cultural change, and developing quality and compliance systems to his business consulting repertoire. Charles has an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand, an MS of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BSc in Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Doug Rabe is a Test, Verification and Reliability Process Consultant working in the Medical Device, DoD, Automotive and Commercial business sectors. Doug has 44 years experience in product design verification, validation and characteristics testing. Doug’s expertise includes designing, integrating and fielding automatic test systems, specifying, acquiring and commissioning production test and environmental test systems, developing, executing and analyzing verification activities, and conducting harsh environment and reliability HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Test) activities and analysis.
